Pic Mobert First Nation

Pic Mobert First Nation is looking for an experienced Family Well-Being Worker to develop and deliver the new provincially funded Family Well-Being Program on reserve. This program will deliver wholistic programming for children and families at risk and provide counselling and supports to young parents with children, to young couples, to young adults who are in conflict with the law and to those who are dealing with family violence. It will promote awareness of issues/ strategies to help address family violence at risk across the whole community. The program will operate from a safe residential program space in the community and will involve networking with community and regional services to ensure a safety net and healing opportunities for all clients. Provincial program funding is committed for 2.25 years.
