Pictarine

Pictarine is a service owned and operated by Pictarine, Inc. ("Pictarine", "We", "Us" or "Our") which makes various services (the â??Serviceâ?� or the â??Servicesâ?�) available on our mobile application or Pictarine.com (called the "Site") including, but not limited to, photo sharing, link to your Pictarine account third party websites or services you want to monitor (including but not limited to: photo-hosting websites, social networks, email providers, micro-blogging services, etc. (collectively "Third Party Services")), Newsletters, and other similar services for personal, non-commercial and home use. Certain features of the Service may include advertisements and commercial content. Paid services and communications may not always be identified as such. Your access to the Site or our mobile application may be interrupted from time to time as a result of equipment malfunction, updating, maintenance or repair of the Site or any other reason within or outside the control of Pictarine. Pictarine reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the availability of the Site and/or any Service and/or remove any User Content at any time in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Pictarine may also impose limits on certain features and Services or restrict your access to parts of or all of the Site and the Services without notice or liability. The Service is available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old. The Site may contain content  that may be offensive to some.
