As such, P&IDC is committed to a proactive preconstruction effort that will provide the project team with responsive cost/benefit analyses of alternative materials, services and systems early on in the design. While reviewing design deliverables for constructability and coordination, it is customary for P&IDC to offer "Alternatives for Consideration" as another way to promote team discussion on cost-effective, value-added alternatives. We know that you don't want the design to get way ahead of budgetary constraints. We manage projects proactively, working collaboratively with the project team to provide you with a range of solutions. We are also committed to providing other design support services that include existing conditions, facility and equipment surveys and documentation to help match required MEP services to the need and to coordinate the design.
