Prosperity International Holdings (H.K.) Limited (the "Company") was listed on the the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("HKSE") in 2001. The Company is (i) an iron ore operator and trader serving customers in China; (ii) an investor of clinker and cement manufacturers; (iii) an investor in a public port and warehouse facility in Jiangsu Province, China; (iv) a real estate owner in China. In November 2013, the Company completed the privatization of Prosperity Minerals Holdings Limited, a company listed on AIM market of London Stock Exchange.
