We offer a complete line of executive and asset protection, event security, and transportation services for public and private entities. Pilgrim was founded by Tim Norris. Tim has more than 25 years in security and investigative experience. He has served as a Chief Probation Officer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and before that was an investigator in the Suffolk County District Attorney's office. Tim was a founder and co-owner of JMT Associates from 2002-2009, a security company that served a wide array of clients including nationally-known political figures, high net worth individuals, film production companies, and Fortune 100 companies. Tim sold the business in 2009 to focus on his public work. Tim has put together a team of professionals with significant experience in law enforcement, military, and/or private security. The Pilgrim team is discrete and professional, and has a deep understanding of the inner workings of security and protection.
