Pilgrim Place

Residents at Pilgrim Place demonstrate that elders are a rich social resource and in retirement continue to be leaders for justice, peace and environmental activism. Pilgrim Place is defined in 320 different ways by the 320 residents who have created a home here. Since 1915 it has been a home to thousands of persons who desire to be active contributors in a reflective vibrant community, who exemplify genuine care for others, who have demonstrated a sustained commitment of service to others through a local or global cause and who value living in a diverse and inclusive community. Serving others is what Pilgrim residents have been called to do. It is what they did in their working lives and it's what they continue to do in "retirement.
