Pineview Preschools has a mission to provide innovative programs that help children, families and staff work together to achieve the highest quality in early childhood education. We strive to nurture each child's unique qualities and potential, support families through strong partnerships and create a work environment that encourages professionalism, growth and diversity. Our approach reflects the beliefs of Jean Piaget, Erik Erikson and Lev Vygotsky. Their belief is centered on the "power of play" and learning through discovery. Children learn more efficiently and gain more knowledge through play-based activities. At Pineview, we provide themes to introduce information while children explore and manipulate real objects and events. Our hands-on approach includes self-help skills which encourage confidence, independence and develop positive self-esteem. We help children acquire the social and academic skills they need to succeed as lifelong learners.
