pinnacle employee services was started because we found that many businesses couldn’t afford a full time staff consisting of a human resource professional, risk manager, benefits manager and payroll manager. we deliver these services through co-employment by establishing and maintaining a relationship with the employer and their employees and by contractually assuming certain employer risks, rights and responsibilities. we believe that getting to know our clients and educating them on best business practices for human resources, payroll and compliance, allows our clients the ability to more efficiently manage their employees thereby providing more time to focus on growing their businesses. with pinnacle employee services both our clients and their employees win!
