Pin Si Kitchen
Pin Si Kitchen was established in 2008 by our Chairman, Mr Oh Cheng San, BBM (L). The concept of Pin Si is simple; high-quality Chinese delicacies at very affordable prices. Over the years Pin Si has since won several accolades, some of which include SME One Asia Awards (Emerging Award), APEA (Outstanding Entrepreneur Awards 2011), Singapore 1000, and SME 1000. Hygiene is a prime concern in food handling, and we are pleased to announce that we have been accredited with ISO 22000(HACCP Certification). This certification reflects our company's vision of constant improvement and setting a very high standard in serving high-quality food with the highest safety and hygiene standards. Besides that, Pin Si is also accredited with Business Continuity Management (BCM), which ensures that we can maintain operations and protect our customers' interests during crisis. Our kitchen is ready to maintain operations and ensure that food and services are delivered at predefined levels during crisis. We are also insured under the Public Liability Insurance for the protection of our customers in future unforeseen circumstances. In order to provide a safer working environment for our staffs, we have also invest in Research & Development (R&D) to improve our facilities, equipments for better food-preparation processes. In a rapid developing market, our standard of living is constantly rising, and there is a need for us to keep up with society's pace of development. An example of improvement we have implemented is the installation of mobile kitchens. The upgrades are more technologically up-to-date, safe, hygienic, and convenient. Our mobile kitchen now operates solely on electricity from an Excellent Silent Generator. In order to reduce pollution and be environmental friendly, with this in mind, we have imported the Combi Oven as it is more energy-efficient. We also installed a water storage tank in each of our mobile kitchen to store used water for proper disposal. Pin Si Kitchen's HQ building is presently located at 19 Woodlands Link with a spacious central kitchen for preparation of food for our outdoor catering service. We also have a counter displaying for sale some of our signature frozen-packed delicacies including Prawn Rolls, Salt-Baked Kampong Chicken, Marinated Pork Belly, Braised Pork Hock, and Otah. Pin Si also have two restaurants located at SAFRA Yishun and SAFRA Punggol respectively which provides a dine-in and banquet services. We are also Halal certified (accredited under Halal Certification) for the buffet and banquet services under the company "One The Food Pte Ltd".
