He is extremely well-known, well-liked and highly-regarded by marine industry professionals throughout SouthCoast MA and nearby RI. As testimony to our superior customer service, Pioneer is unique among marine service providers by being the only full-time, year-round dedicated mooring service firm in the region. Additionally, our seasoned mooring and dock service teams are comprised of permanent, full-time employees including three highly-qualified certified commercial divers. This allows us to respond immediately to your underwater inspection and repair needs without delay? no waiting for return phone calls or service availability from subcontractor divers. Our commitment to providing the best in custom-crafted mooring systems, docks, swim floats and professional services is ongoing with investments in advanced equipment, operational facilities and new products. For example, Pioneer is the area's only mooring service firm equipped with a Sub Meter GPS device for ultra-precise location positioning within one foot. (Such a device is now required by the New Bedford Harbor Commission… other towns to follow.)
