Pipe Dream Villas Resort is designed, developed and built by Scott Hindmarch who will also be building his own residence within the resort complex. Scott is a highly qualified Australian Master builder whose past clients include former world number 1 Tennis Player Lyeton Hewitt and many other discerning investors and home owners who expect high quality and refinement with a hassle free finished product. While utilising all his years of building experience he has now resided in Kuta for the past three years learning all the do's and don'ts of building in Indonesia. He has recently completed a new hotel which adjoins this complex and has run at 76% occupancy since opening less than 12 months ago.
