We analyze where and why progress has stalled and look for opportunities where investment can help accelerate momentum. Our strategies are guided by data, experts and those with lived experience in our focus areas. We use both philanthropic and investment capital to fund transformational ideas, people and organizations. We take two approaches to investment: Seeding innovation We believe transformational ideas come from everywhere - from people and places that might be overlooked, underfunded or closest to the issues themselves. We are eager to invest in early-stage, untested and/or provocative approaches if we believe they create a path to impact at scale.
