Pixel Source is and always will be a customer driven company. We believe our philosophy is the key to our success: we treat our customers as people, not just usernames or numbers, and believe that they deserve the best service and support we can possibly provide. We've been in our customers' shoes, it is what inspired us to launch our hosting services, so we know how frustrating it can be to be lost in the masses. We like to get to know the people we serve. We keep our customers informed of everything we do, through our customer portal MyPixelSource, our mailing lists and email. Similarly, we listen to what our customers have to say very carefully, and never make a key decision without consulting them or considering their input.
