Pixie Dust Originals

I grew up traveling across the U.S., and spent 4 years living in Germany in the 70s. I love to travel and find different cultures, languages and people fascinating. I started sewing in junior high school home economics class and have been sewing and crafting ever since. My Mom used to sew some of our clothes and I always thought it was a handy skill to have in order to make clothes that were uniquely ones own. After about a 15 year diversion into the business world of customer service, distribution planning and marketing, I finally ended up owning my own successful upholstery shop in Southern NH ( [email protected] ). Ive also been designing and stitching handbags out of remnant and vintage fabrics off and on for years and have looked for ways to dedicate more time to up-cycling, creating, and teaching classes. Pixie Dust Originals was hatched for just this purpose! I share a beautiful new studio at the newly renovated Newmarket Mill with another fabric artist and continue to upholster the rest of the week in Portsmouth, NH.
