Headquartered in Poway, CA, PKL Services, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Mr. Samuel Flores, Jr. Sam is a retired US Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel with extensive experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management as well as executive experience as a Vice President at CACI International. Sam's leadership was honed by 30 years of dedicated service in the United States Marine Corps. In 1967, as a young enlistee, Mr. Flores attended several service schools and was provided training enabling him to complete 178 combat missions as a door gunner while serving with HMM-262 in the Republic of Vietnam. For his tenacity and dedication, he was awarded seven Air Medals and Combat Aircrew Wings.
