Port of London Authority provides various marine services on the River Thames in the United Kingdom. It provides vessel traffic services (VTS), hydrographic surveying, pilotage services, and dredging services, as well as VTS training courses. The company also offers licenses to inland waterways vessels operating commercially on the tidal Thames; and various marine services, such as diving, salvage, mooring maintenance, underwater inspections, wharf services, boat lifting, load-out services, storage, driftwood and rubbish clearance, and pollution response services, as well as aids to navigation. Port of London Authority was founded in 1909 and is based in Gravesend, the United Kingdom.
