The 2009-2013 Corporate Plan provides the long term, strategic direction of the Company. It is reviewed regularly to ensure it remains relevant, and an updated version is provided to members as appropriate. PHA commissions, coordinates and manages agreed plant health programs to achieve outcomes set out in the Corporate Plan. A copy of the Corporate Plan is available here. PHA was formed in April 2000 after the 1996 Nairn Review of Quarantine introduced the idea of a national coordinating body to manage plant health. More information on PHA's history is available here.
