Platinum Management was founded in 2009 to serve the needs of the private real estate investor. After many successful years in the real estate business, co-founders Dezireh Eyn, Daniel Hedaya and Khashy Eyn noticed a significant void for international and local buyers of US properties. There was a framework in place to assist in the purchase of a property, but no integrated solution existed to provide investors a clear, concise and effective way to maximize their investments. Our aim is to correct this deficiency in the real estate business by providing a custom-tailored management program for individual investors. We act as our clients' eyes, ears, and feet on the ground. We treat their investment property as if it were our own.
