Playa Linda is ISO 14001 certified since 2004. This prestigious certification is globally accepted as showing the commitment a company has with its environment. Playa Linda always strives to maintain a certain quality of management and our employee are always looking for better ways to come up with ecologically bound based improvements. We see it as our duty to keep our island clean and beautiful as it is. Key points of our environment policy are written down below: 4 R's mentality: reduce, reuse, recycle and rethink Our daily policy is based on this mentality. We recycle where possible and try to reduce energy and water usage on daily base. Green Week: Activity week Playa Linda organizes a green week to evaluate, improve and make plans for our green policy. Different workshops and presentations are given to fresh up and keep focus on the environmental aspect of our resort.
