(i) Playfulbet makes a thorough check on the User's activity logs to avoid posible fraudulent use (IP changes, Multiple account, VPN...) (ii) Playfulbet verifies with its affiliated partners the correct use of the promotions to avoid possible fraudulent use. (iii) Playfulbet may require documentation from the User to confirm his identity. (iv) Playfulbet will verify that the delivery address is in the European Union, United States or Mexico; the only countries in which Playfulbet delivers physical prizes to. Once Playfulbet has verified the activity and identity of the User, this process can take up to sixty (60) days, it will make the exchange of the Coins and the delivery of the requested prize in a maximum of thirty (30) days. The Coins can only be redeemed for the prizes available on the Playfulbet website, according to the specific conditions of each prize, as they appear on the website at all times. The User will be able to request the prize, once he's acquired enough Coins to select one of the prizes available in the Playfulbet website. Once the User has requested the prize through the Platform and if it is a physical prize, the User will have to fill out a specific form with the delivery address. The User is responsible for providing a correct address and receiving the prize in the given address. If the delivery is not possible because of reasons not attributed to Playfulbet and even if the prize is returned to Playfulbet's address, it is not obligated to resend it or refund the Coins that were exchanged and the request will be considered complete. The exchange of Coins for prizes in the Platform can be done by any User that is older than 14 years. But in some cases the User might have to be of age to exchange certain products and services (Ex. Paypal gift card) and the User must be conscious of that when picking a prize. Once the Coins are exchanged for a prize, the User's account will reset to 4,000 Coins. There are no returns for the prizes or changes in the previous exchange requested. Playfulbet reserves the right to change at any moment the initial Coins balance, its functioning, the prizes list, the number of Coins needed to obtain them, and the delivery method for the prizes. The User's Coins balance is cancelled if the Terms of Use are breached or if the User unsubscribes from the website. You can exchange a maximum of 15 million Coins in Prizes per calendar month. If you accumulate more Coins, it will be reset. If you exchange more than one prize per month your Coins will be returned and the request cancelled. Only one account is valid per person which invalidates the duplicate or family association accounts. In the case of clear indications of fraud, Playfulbet reserves the right to block all accounts and cancel all requested orders. The delivery time of any available prize at Playfulbet can take up to 30 days. The shipping costs will be free. In fact, the User is responsible, exonerating Playfulbet, of any charge, processing, taxes, fees, or obligation by any competent authority or applicable law, as a result from the shipping of the product to the country or destination. Playfulbet manifests that all products and services under prizes in the Platform are made available through third party suppliers. For that reason, the exchange of Coins for the chosen prizes is limited to the availability of these prizes by third party suppliers, in which Playfulbet is not responsible if the exchange of Coins for a certain prize is not possible because of its unavailability. The User will not be entitled to any compensation. However, Playfulbet will look to substitute, within the existing possibilities, those products and services that are not available for other similar conditions and characteristics and similar cost for Playfulbet.
