We do this at clients' homes and in our twelve locations. We strive for and are committed to making our clients feel well on a daily basis. We are concerned and respectful, and give genuine attention to each individual. We cherish client contact. When choosing care, the client is always central to Pleyade: they have, and maintain, control over their life. This is something we do together. The client decides how they want to live, and our more than 1,300 employees and 600 volunteers work in order to achieve this. We adapt our care, nursing and support to people's personality and lifestyle, and provide a tailor-made service where possible. Through Pleyade Thuiszorg (Home Care) we provide elderly people living independently at home with professional care, nursing and support. Pleyade Revalidatie (Rehabilitation) offers a pleasant way to convalesce. And when independent living is no longer possible, we offer our clients a new home in one of our locations for housing, care and nursing. A fine, safe and familiar environment, 24 hours a day. Pleyade is part of the Dutch Healthcare Group for Arnhem - Nijmegen, comprising nursing homes, hospitals and educational institutions.
