Our main goal is to actively participate in the expansion of the IT industry in the country by working hard for the development of its most important asset - the people. Through the years, we've organized courses for the most popular programming languages and have helped numerous people find realization in the IT industry. We cooperate with tens of IT companies in Bulgaria and recruit quality professionals for their teams. We've been offering our recruitment services both in Sofia and on a national level since 2017. In 2018, we opened a new office in Germany, where we plan to cooperate with innovative startup companies. Our profile database consists of 7000+ IT professionals who are specialized in numerous technologies and possess varying levels of knowledge and experience. Our innovative methods for recruitment of and contact with the candidates allow us to quickly find appropriate profiles to fit the needs of our clients. In parallel, we also recruit professionals for BPO companies where we offer access to people who are fluent in one or more of the twelve languages that we specialize in. The newest service that we offer involves support for the relocation of IT professionals from non-EU countries. Our turnkey solution completely covers all of the administrative and organizational activities required for the relocation of a selected candidate, from their date of hire until their arrival in the country and first working day.
