We are an 'old school' independant family run plumbing and heating merchant in Eastbourne in East Sussex. Since being founded in 1979 we have grown a reputation of being a friendly, helpful and reliable merchant. Plumbers Mate started as just a small corner shop on our current premises in 1979 and since then we have seen a great deal of expansion now covering a huge area with a main shop and show room. We have always been a family run business now with 3 generations working together. e have always prided ourselves on our excellent levels of service the quality of our products. We hold around 10,000 product lines and these include common and many unusual plumbing and heating spare parts. We supply to both the public and to the trade and have a large amount on display in our shop and showroom for you to browse at your pleasure. Our highly trained staff will help you get what you need, whether that be a pipe fitting, a complete bathroom suite or an unusual spare part, we will do our utmost to make sure that you get what you need.
