For example, based on our observations, specific additional training, exercises or guidance has been extended to, in topics such as user story writing, splitting or mapping. Special workshops for Product Owners and Business Analysts to not only appreciate the complete scrum cycle, but also their responsibilities and techniques to be more effective have been identified and conducted. Other interventions at the team level have included assessment of team concerns, from the retrospectives and through focused discussions and activities conducted to increase the team ownership and self management aspects. Our coaching engagements usually over the duration of four to six sprints, as it takes that many cycles for teams to settle down and start seeing the benefits of agile approaches.
