Established in 2016, we believe that we can bring a better quality of service to the Australian market for professional development in change management, project management and agile ways of working. Our trainer, Kerrie Martsch, has cross-industry experience in both change management and project management in the agile space, spanning more than 20 years. She is passionate about coaching people to reach their best potential and believes that professional development should not be out of reach because of demographics. "Agile is a mindset, and I have had that mindset since the mid 1990s working in IT balancing out business as usual against growing technology for business sustainability. Agile ways of working and methodologies have served me well in the project and change management space, enabling teams to come together rapidly from the business functions and customers to deliver outstanding results and benefits. Agile breaks down silos. You don't need to change your organization structure from tall to flat for it to work. An agile mindset becomes part of the organization culture.
