PMC Residential are now regarded as one of the market leaders in the North West area with a large selection of residential, student and holiday home properties. With 30 years' experience in Northern Ireland Property, Peter McCafferty, having joined the team at Daniel Henry & Son in 1982 and subsequently bought the company in 2000. In 2009, Peter decided to specialise in the lettings and property management market and rebranded the lettings division as PMC Residential.
