Professional Maintenance Systems was founded in 1982 in the heart of downtown San Diego. Today over 900 direct employees service over 25 million square feet of facilities throughout San Diego, Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties. We have one of the largest Management teams in the region supported by a communication system that guarantees response within the hour and resolution that same day. As a CIMS certified company, we incorporate industry best practices for workloading and staffing so that we never promise something we can't deliver. We develop janitorial programs with written task and Day Porter schedules to ensure that cleaning stays on track and periodic tasks are completed as prescribed. Our 10 floor care crews, overseen by our Operations Manager, help protect our clients' important investments in hard flooring and carpet.
