Property Management Source LLC is owned and operated by Chris Dowd and Wayne Spivey. Located in Montgomery, we are a full service landscape management company specializing in the care of corporate, commercial and neighborhood landscapes. We deliver the highest quality, most dependable and proficient service available in this area. We strive to employ the highest quality people available and we are committed to furthering their knowledge and abilities through continuing education. Four members of our supervisory staff hold Alabama department of agriculture SLP certification. In addition, three members of our supervisory staff hold Alabama department of agriculture OTPS certification.
