Pochins

Pochin's is currently on site as lead contractor for The Roof Gardens, which will provide attractive outdoor living space at the edge of Manchester city centre. All homes will feature individual private roof gardens, marrying suburban comforts with inner city living. Most of the accommodation is aimed at families comprising 49 two, three and four bedroom townhouses plus 22 one bedroom apartments, with two tree-lined courtyards at the heart of the development providing private space for parking and amenity. Building materials have been chosen to complement the character of the nearby conservation area and Manchester's industrial heritage. The building will be crowned with a frame of louvred Corten steel providing privacy for the roof terraces and will be illuminated at night when the project is completed in 2017.
