At Point Blank we offer a range of other Diploma courses that are worth upwards of the equivalent of 1 A-level, making studying here a great alternative to a sixth form or college. Recently our Diploma students recorded drums with drum 'n' bass legend Goldie, additionally having the opportunity to submit demos exclusively to Axwell's Axtone record label and apply for internships with record labels like Enhanced Music and Universal, so there are plenty of hands-on opportunities to gain practical working experience. Another advantage of studying at Point Blank is that you can focus on music and only music, meaning that you can solely concentrate on the subject you love while developing professional level skills within a dynamic environment. The Master Diploma modules - covering a mix of production, sound engineering and music business - ensures students finish their studies with a comprehensive skill set to become successful in the music industry. All of our Diploma courses are worth UCAS points and are also an excellent entry into university, again making this an excellent alternative route to sixth form or college.
