Pollack & Rosen, P.A. was founded by its two principal directors, Mark E. Pollack & Joseph F. Rosen in 1995. Today Pollack & Rosen, P.A. has nearly an Eighty (80) member team of dedicated individuals, all working for the common goal of client satisfaction. Joseph F. Rosen is the principal managing Director of the firm. Joseph F. Rosen is a former partner of a national Law Firm, which was a premier law firm in the field of health care collections. Mr. Joseph Rosen has been practicing for thirty two (32) years and represents many health care providers, banking institutions along with debt buyers, credit card issuers and major corporations. Mr. Rosen is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. Mark E. Pollack, a principal Director, has been practicing in both state and federal court for over 38 years, and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell. In his career, Mark Pollack has represented Governmental entities, large and small commercial and consumer banks, both large and small corporations and professionals and individuals in complex civil and family law matters. He has been appointed curator and special master by Circuit Judges in Florida. We stress a team approach and shared accountability for solving problems.
