PossAbilities is an inspirational Social enterprise co-owned by staff and service users. Our services include day services, dementia services, shared lives, supported employment and community outreach. We have over 20 years experience of delivering services and are passionate about the work we deliver. We take a person centred approach to our work placing the needs of the service user at the core of what we do. We work closely with families, carers and other agencies to ensure all the needs and aspirations of the serfice users are met.
