We provide services nationally through registered supported and independent living services, domiciliary care, residential care, respite and day opportunity services. Potens has been operating since 1989, and became a limited company registered as Potensial Ltd in 2006. Starting out with two residential services based in Birkenhead, the company has grown steadily over the last 25 plus years. Now we have over 70 services nationwide including Supported Living, Residential Care, Day Opportunities and Domiciliary Care for children and adults: Supporting upwards of 700 service users Staffing: circa 1100 staff Potens provides flexible, specialised support within a variety of environments and service models to support individuals in achieving outcomes.
