Perbadanan PR1MA Malaysia was established under the PR1MA Act 2012 to provide a holistic and comprehensive programme to deliver affordable housing for middle income earners living in the country's urban areas. It is the sole authority to develop, manage and maintain PR1MA townships built to offer its residents a quality of life conducive for promoting vibrant and active communities.
