Precision Utilities provides a service to our customers' need for Central Office Equipment Installation and Maintenance. We provide supervised and qualified technicians to perform duties ranging from the simplest of installs to the very technical test and turn up of switching and transmission equipment. We perform work of a bid, quote, and hourly nature. Every candidate considered for a COEI position is carefully reviewed by our company recruiter as well as immediate supervisors and lead technicians. It is a prerequisite that all technicians have a clean background, drug screen, and conform to I-9 regulations. All employees are expected to abide by all OSHA rules and regulations and the practice of operating by those rules and regulation is carefully monitored by our Project Managers, State Supervisors, and Regional Supervisor. Our COEI operation consists of: A defined procedure from start to finish Project Management Area Supervisors Material management Work order tracking Material tracking Quality Inspections Detailed job closings Detailed billing We have resources available to us allowing us to work in all aspects of switching and transmission. We also conduct a supervised on the job training program to encourage all of our technicians to develop their skills in the rapidly advancing telecommunications industry. By recognizing the demand for qualified technicians, we aim to build a diversely trained department of Installation / Test and Turn up Technicians. By doing so we are able to guarantee a consistent quality and delivery of our service.
