The company currently operates two facilities: The Citrus Packing House is located in Vero Beach, Florida and the Peach Packing House is located in Fort Pierce, Florida. The Citrus Packing House utilizes state-of-the-art grading and sorting systems from Compac Sorting Equipment, Ltd. on two packaging lines. Recently, the company has installed the latest Brix Sensing NIR (Near Infra Red) technology from Taste Technologies, Ltd. The facility has received certifications in food safety and security from an independent auditing firm and is also Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) certified. The Peach Packing House was designed to delicately handle a truly ready-to-eat tree ripened peach. The Orchid has received a certification in food safety from an independent auditng firm. The 2010 season was the company's first peach crop to be commercially marketed.
