Run by architectural professionals, project management and contracting was derived from the need for professionals with in-depth construction knowledge and achievable efficiency solutions. PDC provide a range of professionally managed contracting and construction services to the private and commercial sectors. PDC are accredited with IOSH, SMAS and are Safe contractor approved; these are industry lead qualifications in management, procurement and contracting.
