We are a prepress production company. We are a prepress production company. Fixing print files is our business as well as our passion. While some print companies still rely on film output to burn plates for the printing presses, Direct to Plate image setting is standard and digital printing presses are becoming more economical. Preflight of print files has become more important than ever. Terms such as trapping, line and screen frequency, resolution, screen angles and pms spot colors are common place. Working as a production artist for printers and businesses I have focused on helping printers work flow from design to digital file output on may different types of printing presses and high speed printing devices. We've created and imposed print ready files for Lithographic Printing Presses, High Speed Presses, Banner machines, Color Proofing Devices and Screen Printing Devices. Using the always currently updated Adobe Suite InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, PitStop we ouput to a PDF workflow. RIP's (raster image processors) we've output through.
