Prescribe FIT was founded in 2017 as a technology company focused on the inclusion of lifestyle health in the practice of healthcare. Participating in regular physical activity and good eating habits can prevent and even treat the onset of many chronic diseases. Prescribe FIT is creating an app to connect physicians, patients, lifestyle providers and specialists to prescribe and facilitate services, monitor progress and report outcomes back to the referring physician.
