We also utilise a range of internal monitoring procedures, to ensure the quality of service provided to the individuals we support is maintained, and that wherever possible we identify and act upon areas for improvement. We undertake annual service reviews and aim to produce annual quality assurance reports on each of our individual services; these can be accessed via the latest reports link on main page. We also welcome external monitoring from the Care and Social Services Inspectorate for Wales (CSSIW) and by funding authorities.
