Primary Healthcare Centers' school

Primary Healthcare Centers has operated as an independent, non-profit corporation since 1980 and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Center is a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center. Our service area includes Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Floyd, Gordon, Polk and Walker Counties in Georgia. We offer our services to anyone who is able to make it to one of our locations, regardless of residence or income.
