We are one of the first management companies as well as the only independent and employee-owned management company in Slovenia. We have successfully managed investment funds for more than 26 years and also participate as large investors in them. Our company is organized as a limited liability company which carries out its activities in accordance with Investment Funds and Management Companies Act and regulations issued on its basis and other relevant legislation and under the supervision of the Securities Market Agency, which also issued a license to the company to provide services of investment fund management. The company manages five sub-funds which are part of an umbrella fund (Krovni sklad PSP) and one additional mutual fund.
