Prism maintains a specialised team of support engineers to assist in the installation of all our products. Where time restrictions operate, our team works hand in hand with partners to ensure the tightest of deadlines are met. Prism run frequent training sessions on the build of our products free of charge. We have also designed slideshow and video demonstrations to assist in foreign and remote locations where the level of expertise is variable.
