Our 27,000 square foot automated fabrication facility, and more than 30 experienced field mechanics and apprentices combine to form a strong team of sheet metal trades people. We have standardized our shop to use only American-made G-90 galvanized steel, vinyl-coated steel, aluminum, stainless steel and others. While many of our competitors will use offshore steels and lower G-ratings, Puerto Rico Metal Services, Inc. commitment to high quality products and services makes this standard necessary. All of our duct systems are fabricated and installed to SMACNA's latest commercial and industrial standards. Our crews are experienced in the full range of commercial and industrial system installations providing you the value of experienced field personnel. Puerto Rico Metal Services, Inc. has fabricated and installed numerous ventilation systems, A/C systems, general and special exhaust systems, specialty adapters and casings, and ductwork ranging up to 60" in negative and positive pressure classes. We stock G-90 galvanized metals, stainless steel, aluminum, and black iron. We can provide systems from traditional ductwork that include the Lockformer patented TDC, Nexus closure system to non-traditional fully welded and reinforced systems for Industrial, Commercial and pharmaceutical requirements.
