PRN Staffing provides health care personnel to nursing homes and long term care facilities in Iowa. Also providing a quality home care to our clients is our goal. What gives PRN Staffing the advantage is that it is locally owned and operated by a Registered Nurse who has over 25 years experience and 4 of those years in long term care as a Director of Nursing and Nurse Consultant. We have listened to the facilities that use agencies for staffing and developed a solution to provide quality assistance that doesn't empty your budget. Most importantly we do NOT just hire staff and send them out...they are sent through an orientation that outlines the guidelines for being a quality staff member. All staff must have at least six months of experience to begin working with PRN Staffing.
