Procure Plus Holdings

Working with several regional and national agencies, Procure Plus aims to generate efficiencies and impact the local labour market by working collaboratively to procure construction materials and contractors for planned maintenance and investment programmes. As a consortia the clients of Procure Plus will leverage its volume and expenditure in order to achieve this. It is expected that clients of Procure Plus will collectively invest over £1.5 billion in the repair and upkeep of properties between 2006 and 2010/11; it is anticipated that a substantial proportion of this will be channeled through Procure Plus.
