The State of Florida requires that any company providing the aforementioned services must be licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation ("DPR"). Professional has been licensed for years as a Professional Employer Organization ("PEO") in Florida, New York, New Jersey and Texas. These licensing requirements are very rigorous and require the filing of audited financial statements on an annual basis, as well as quarterly certificates validating our health, dental and worker's compensation insurance policies. Professional was founded in 1992, and currently provides more than 1,000 employees in 14 states across the country. Paul V.
