Profile Manufacturing

Profile Manufacturing, Inc. produces co-extruded (plastic over roll formed metals and films), dual durometer (two separate plastic compounds incorporated into a single part), and straight profile plastic components. We design, build, and develop extrusion dies and secondary tooling, as well as fixtures and special machines. Our innovative concepts have resulted in patented products, such as our clip attachment system - an improved method for securing molding and cladding to automobiles. We have the capability to perform all secondary operations including end cap, die cut, heat forming, stretch bending, etc.
