American Profol has been producing printable plastic film since opening our doors in 1992. Our knowledge and quality have consistently been improved upon over the past 20 years. We've invested in equipment that allows your film to be printed via a variety of print processes including litho, gravure, offset, screen, flexo, and pad printing processes. All Profol Printable Cast Polypropylene (CPP) Films are 100% recyclable, waterproof and tear resistant. Profol's CPP films are all custom-manufactured to meet your specific needs, including corona treating your film to the side you want to print on or both sides. If you want to print on cast polypropylene films, you will need to have the film corona treated. Each print process requires different treatment ranges for maximum efficiencies. Profol can produce a film that is tailored to your specific process as well as produce a film that will withstand most processes. Often, a printable film will need to be corona treated twice - at the time of production and prior to converting / printing. Although most of our films are CPP films, we have and can produce cast PE films as well. Any of our product lines Graphics, Packaging, Pressure Sensitive, Technical, Stationery can all be customized for print applications.
