Ltd. pursuant to its global strategy to move towards an indirect channel centric model and refocus the organization on a software and services business model, 100% shares of Unify Enterprise Communications Pvt. Ltd. have been acquired by Progility PLC UK which is a AIM listed company based in London as a going concern in December 2014. This is purely a structural change driven by business strategy.
